Here cooking is like meditation, in motion. We engage all our senses and bring forth food inspired by ancient techniques for the modern appetite! All classes are 3 hours long, with partial hands on cooking followed by a sampling of the fruits of our labor. Here we experience what food can taste like in-season and at its peak of freshness. Our classes are a an excellent opportunity to familiarize you with the jewels of the Indian pantry – spices, ghee, lentils, basmati rice and much more. Each session includes:

Food Prep- 30minutes
Cooking and Demonstration 1.30 minutes
