wholesome, simple celebrations through seasonal, vegetarian cooking

Cooking for us, is like meditation, in motion. We engage all our senses and bring forth food inspired by ancient techniques for the modern appetite! All classes are a minimum of 3 hours or 7 hour day retreats, with partial hands on cooking followed by a sampling of the fruits of our labor.

We’ve moved to Sonoma County! Come and enjoy nature’s bounty with us in beautiful North Bay country. Nestled in an idyllic pasture with curious cows grazing on the other side of the fence, our culinary space is a unique setting for fun culinary adventures.

  • The space lends itself to amazing team building corporate retreats with customized cooking classes and with yoga and meditation options to make your experience truly memorable.

Here we experience what food can taste like in-season and at its peak of freshness. Our  classes are a an excellent opportunity to familiarize you with the jewels of the Indian pantry – spices, ghee, lentils, basmati rice and much more. Each session includes:

Food and Philosophy 15- 20 minutes

Food Prep- 30minutes

Cooking and Demonstration 1.30 minutes

Eating and Connecting – 30- 40 minutes
